What are Love Languages?

Love Languages are the 5 basic emotional languages that we all have as human beings, and they speak directly to our hearts. No matter what else your partner does or says to you, when they’re speaking your primary love language, you are feeling overjoyed, appreciated and sincerely loved. When they’re not.. you’re not feeling the love! The Five Love Languages or basic emotional languages, in no particular order, that we all have are:
1. Physical Touch
2. Words of Affirmation
3. Quality Time
4. Acts of Service
5. Gifts
And according to statistics, approximately 90% of existing couples don’t share the same primary love language! So if you’re lost, dazed & confused in your relationships, then you’ve found the right book to read. How do you know what is your primary love language? I say “primary” because we have all five, however, one of them is more predominant.
So when do you feel most loved? Most appreciated? When do you really feel special?

Is it when you are touched, hugged, stroked or your partner is holding hand? Then your primary love language is probably Physical Touch.

Is it when you’re told how cute or cool you are? How good you look today? Is it when you get congratulated on some achievement or for doing something around the house or work? Then your primary love language is probably Words of Affirmation.
Is it when you’re Sharing a laugh, sitting around the dinner table with family or on the phone/messenger chatting with your friends? Sitting on the beach or anywhere else just staring into each others eyes or talking? Then your primary love language is probably Quality Time.

Is it when someone does something special for you, like open the car door, help out around the house, teaches you something new or helps you out with a charitable project? Then your primary love language is probably Acts of Service.

Is it when you get a gift? Is it when someone bought you a movie ticket, a new piece of jewelry, cloths or perfume/cologne? Then your primary love language is probably Gifts.
So through knowing someone’s love language you can make them feel extra appreciated. Whether you're a man, woman or child, friend or parent; we all share an emotional language and the sooner we learn about these ... the faster we can start having more rewarding, happier, & healthier relationships!

Dancing is Good for Health!!!!

Dancing is a good form of exercise. We dance to enjoy and relax. It is fun to dance. Dancing to your favorite tune is what you would most desire.
This past weekend, I went out with some friends and we had so much fun dancing. I'm not an expert in dancing, but I always follow this phrase '' dance like no one is watching you''!So then you can just be yourself and not worry about how good you are. Iguess it works for me.
We may dance for pleasure, but dancing has a lot of health benefits too. Do you know what are they?

-Dancing is good physical exercise. It is good way to burn off excessive fat. It tones up the body
-It makes you feel energetic and vibrant. Listening to good music and dancing to it can be exciting
-Psychologically, it is relaxing. It makes feel good. Your mood improves. It can make you feel good if you are depressed and lonely
-Old people feel young
-Dance reduces stress. You forget your day’s tensions when you dance
-For those who are figure conscious, it is good form of exercise

I think dancing has physical and psychological health benefits. Physically, you are more fit, and psychologically more cheerful and self-confident. It is beneficial both for the young and the old. It is therapeutic in nature. Dance and keep good health as well. =)
